We are pleased to announce that we have passed our annual FCSA review for the 5th-year running
FCSA Accreditation demonstrates to freelancers, contractors and recruitment businesses that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment and regulatory laws. Coupled with financial stability tests, FCSA Accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.
The FCSA Code is designed to demonstrate to Government, as well as freelancers, contractors and recruiters looking for a service provider, that a company is financially stable, provides high-quality professional services and operates to the highest standards of transparency and accountability. To qualify as a member, an applicant has to undergo a rigorous review of its business services, operations, policies and processes established by the FCSA in liaison with HMRC.
On becoming the latest FCSA member, Robert Fawell, Practice Manager at MyAccountant, said: “We are delighted to be endorsed for the high standards and professionalism we have always strived to attain. Becoming a member of FCSA assures our clients and associates that they are dealing with a firm that is highly professional and compliant with the work we undertake. FCSA is leading the way in supporting the flexible workforce, and we are keen to play our part in continuing to support the association in its efforts.”
Julia Kermode, Chief Executive of the FCSA, added: “In an unregulated industry, our focus is on protecting contractors and freelancers by ensuring they are only working with the most conscientious and compliant businesses. MyAccountant is one such company, and I am pleased to welcome them on board.”
